Nashville bachelor party guide
The activities in Nashville are well suited for bachelor parties and bachelorettes alike, with a few key differences. While our three-day bachelorette itinerary might not be well-suited for your best bro, it’s a great starting point for ideas. Simple swaps, like going for a whiskey tasting or bar crawl instead of photoshoots in front of murals, can make for an epic bachelor party.
This post will go into detail about things to do, where to party and where to stay.
Nashville bachelor party ideas
First things first: y’all need to divorce yourself from the idea that Nashville vendors and businesses can only cater to bachelorettes. There are many amazing things to do in Nashville that will make for a great weekend.
These are the best things to do on your Nashville bachelor party:
- Go on a distillery tour or whiskey tasting
- Rent a pontoon boat and tour the lakes near Nashville
- Attend a bar crawl or tour the city on a party bus
- Spend an afternoon golfing

Go on a distillery tour or whiskey tasting
Nashville is home to amazing distilleries and whiskey purveyors. These businesses provide upscale and informative experiences, often complete with free drinks or a free tasting afterwards.
One of the most popular tour is the Jack Daniels distillery tour, complete with a free tasting. They even provide a shuttle directly from the city limits to the property, so you can skip the pesky Uber fairs.
If you’d rather stay within the city limits, the Corsair Distilleries are two great options. They have unique spirit flavors and have a bar available to purchase drinks to sip while you wait for your tour to start. Both locations are situated in great neighborhoods, with awesome bars nearby so you can make an afternoon of it.
Rent a pontoon boat and spend an afternoon on the lake
There are amazing water ways just outside of Nashville, and spending an afternoon on the water is a must-book if you’re visiting during the summer heat. Cool off with your friends and spend the day cruising around while having an amazing time.
Go on a bar crawl with one of Nashvilles mobile party vehicles
While a few of these are catered only for bachelorettes, we recommend booking one of the many different types of party busses and vehicles to take you through Nashville. Looking for a more active option? Book Nashville Pedal Tavern. Interested in a more party-esque venture? Check out the Upstage Party Bus.
Spend an afternoon golfing at Top Golf or another local golf course
Nashville recently opened a Top Golf location that is near Germantown and very close to downtown, providing a great option to “hit some links” while you’re visiting the city. The golf bays are open all day and can be booked for up to 12 people, so can accommodate most party sizes.
If you want to try the real thing, there are many great golf courses around Nashville that are perfect for your crew. Some of them are members-only, so make sure that you call ahead before showing up. There are plenty of city-owned golf courses, but a more luxury option would be the Gaylord Springs golf course.
Attend the street races
If you’re visiting in the fall, Nashville recently hosted a street-racing event through Downtown and East Nashville. This event was epic and is a great option if you time your party correctly.
Where to stay during your Nashville bachelor party
There are many great neighborhoods that feature awesome hotels and AirBnB’s throughout the city. But if you don’t want to waste your time on Uber or Lyft fees, we recommend booking your accommodations in one of the following locations.
The best neighborhoods to stay in during your Nashville bachelor party:
- Germantown
- East Nashville
- SoBro
- The Gulch
- Midtown
All of these neighborhoods are close to downtown and Broadway, but also have great bars and places to eat right within the neighborhood radius. East Nashville in particular has a thriving food and party scene, making it easy to get the feel for the Nashville partying you see in movies, and a little more of the local flavor.
AirBnBs to book for your Nashville bachelor party
There are a few great bachelorette themed AirBnB’s available for rent, but if you can’t stand pink, we recommend booking one of the AirBnB’s listed below. Each of these AirBnB’s can accommodate a minimum of eight people, making them perfect for larger group sizes. All of these options are priced between $100 and $600 per night, but there are many more luxury accommodations available.
- The Nash Local, a four bed and three bath pad with roof access and great city views.
- Music City Retreat, another larger option with a rooftop patio.
- An entire home just outside of downtown, with an epic backyard perfect for beer pong.
- The Fairwins, a pricier option with two separate houses and a very Music City-esque decoration scheme.
- A 12-person option available on Music Row, this is a great choice if you want to be right in the heart of the action.
